Section 4(1)(b)(viii) of RTI Act 2005

A statement of the boards, councils, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as its part or for the purpose of its advice, and as to whether meetings of those boards, councils, committees and other bodies are open to the public, or the minutes of such meetings are accessible for public.

District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has been constituted by the Haryana Govt., Revenue & Disaster Management Deptt. vide notification No. 1576-ER-6-2007/15911, dated 9-10-2007 (Click here ) under chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Sonipat to act as the district planning coordinating and implementing body for disaster arrangements and take all measures for the purposes of disaster management in the district in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the National Disaster Management Authority and the Haryana State Disaster Management Authority.  Minutes of the meetings of DDMA are held as and when required.  Minutes of the meetings are sent to concerned stakeholders.
