The rules and regulations, instructions and manuals etc. are as prescribed and published by the Govt. and other service/establishment manuals and instructions and financial rules like PFR and delegation of Financial Power Rules issued by Govt. from time to time are maintained by this office as per requirements besides these are revised from time to time.
